HENTACH electric front wheel hub motor: a new driving force for urban and heavy-load travel
The electric front wheel hub motor integrates the motor, reduction mechanism, braking system, etc. inside the wheel to achieve a "power is the wheel" structural mode. Compared with the traditional mid-mounted or rear-drive system, the front wheel hub motor has a simpler structure and can eliminate the intermediate transmission mechanism to improve the efficiency of the whole vehicle. The motor control response is fast and suitable for the use scenario of frequent start-up in urban traffic. It can optimize the layout of the whole vehicle and facilitate the lightweight and modular design of the electric vehicle body. Maintenance is more convenient and adopts an overall integrated design to reduce the number of fault points.

The E-Type F500-1 is a high-efficiency front-wheel motor tailored for electric cargo bikes and electric mountain bikes (E-MTBs). The motor is compatible with 20-28-inch wheels, weighs only 4.2kg, uses a standard 100mm gear opening, has a peak torque of up to 75Nm and a reduction ratio of 5.4:1, and can provide strong output in complex terrain or high-load conditions, ensuring that the vehicle still has good acceleration performance and energy efficiency at low speeds.
The S-Type Pro F1500 is HENTACH's flagship front-wheel hub motor for high-load and high-performance needs. With a power range of 750W-1500W and a peak torque of up to 145Nm, it provides reliable power for extreme conditions such as climbing and heavy loads. Equipped with a 190mm large gear opening design and HENTACH's exclusive patented plastic steel gear (5 times stronger than traditional nylon gears), it solves the problem of easy wear of traditional nylon gears under high power/high torque.
The S-Type F750 motor covers the mid-power range of 500W-750W and is designed for multi-purpose heavy-duty electric bicycles (such as E-Fat, E-Cargo). With a 135mm gear opening and a peak torque of more than 90Nm, it performs stably when facing slopes and complex roads. At the same time, it is equipped with HENTACH's patented plastic steel gear system, which can withstand loads far higher than the rated power to ensure long-term stable operation.
Although the D-Type F350 is a rear wheel hub motor, it can cooperate with the front wheel motor to realize a dual drive system. Suitable for urban commuter vehicles, the rated power is 250-400W, the maximum torque is 45Nm, and it meets urban road conditions such as frequent start-ups at traffic lights and gentle slopes. The motor adopts a right-side outlet design to optimize the wiring and avoid interference with the brakes and wheels; and is equipped with high-strength plastic steel teeth to improve durability and output smoothness.
HT MINI is a compact front hub motor designed for ultra-light urban electric bicycles. It weighs only 1.95kg, but can achieve a rated power of 220-250W and a peak torque of 40Nm, which is very suitable for portable folding bicycles or lightweight urban electric motorcycles. The outer rotor structure has higher structural stability and strength than traditional inner rotor motors, and has a longer service life.
